At Tyler Construction, the safety of our employees is paramount. We strive to make every worksite as safe as it can be by building a culture of excellence in safety. It starts with hiring the best in the business, then providing them with regular training to keep them at their best. Efficiency and safety go hand in hand.   Our employees participate in OSHA training classes that refine their skills and teach them how to maintain a safe work environment.

That’s not all; every one of our superintendents goes through an in-depth training course that’s 30 hours in length to ensure they keep each project running smoothly and within current safety recommendations and guidelines. This approach is clearly working, as we have gone over three years without a lost-time accident, and are the recipients of the Safety Gold Award from Johnson Controls as well as other safety recognition.
